	How long does it take?
	Receive a proof by email within 1-2 business days. Your order ships in 1-2 business days within the US, within 4-5 business days outside the US after proof approval and payment received.

	Are envelopes included?
	Yes, white envelopes are included.

	Should I edit my pictures?
	No. There's no need to resize your pictures. Send them in the biggest file size that you can - the bigger the file size, the better the quality. You also don't need to worry about cropping your pictures or taking out red eye. We will take care of all of that. We can also turn color pictures into black and white or sepia.

	Where do I send my pictures?
	You can email them to order@babyfreshdesigns.com

	Can I order more if I run out?
	Certainly. We always keep your design on file, so there no delay in recreating a proof. Just go to the pricing and checkout page to make payment. Minimum orders still apply.

	What forms of payment do you accept?
	We accept credit cards via Paypal.

	Can I cancel my order?
	Yes, you can cancel at any time prior to payment. Once payment has been received there can be no cancellations and no refunds.
